Improvements:
- Added the ability to batch update user credit in the ACP Batch Update Users menu, with the option to send users an alert with a transaction note (e.g. 'Happy New Year $10 bonus for everyone!'). You can filter users through the usual User Batch Update form. 'Edit user credit' permission is required.
- Minor code and display improvements.
